Beau came recommended to me after the latest storm left 8" of mud, sludge and debris in my pool. It was so bad he had to drain it and scoop out the mess. The pressure wash after was a no-brainer and made it look great. There was urgency during high demand and Beau made it happen in a timely manner. We filled the pool and then discovered all the equipment was ruined by having been buried in muddy water at one point of the storm. Beau got us set up and removed/installed the new equipment. Both jobs were professionally done. It all works and looks great. Beau is a genuine dude that knows his stuff. We liked working with him very much. His pricing is very competitive. We would recommend him and will be calling him in the future for any pool maintenance or assistance we may need.

A few months back we contacted Beau to replace our old pool/spa heater. From the beginning he was super responsive and replaced the equipment in a timely manner. Decided to keep the guy since the previous owner used them for number of years. Imagine my horror when I cam to check my pool after being away for over 1 month and the water was grey! I called Beau and he was at my house to replace the main filter within the week I called him. Beau is clearly knowledgeable and responsive. APEX POOLS is AMAZING!!! I called Beau last summer and talked to him about my aging pool pump and other equipment. He explained what my options were and that in addition to the new pump I would need to update my computer board as well. So we decided on the equipment and even installed a wireless remote to operate everything from inside just like before. Beau took care of getting everything and did the complete install himself. He explained everything to me including how to operate and program the new remote until I understood. I'm very satisfied with everything. Well 2 weeks ago I texted Beau and let him know there wasn't power to my board but the pump still worked manually. He came out diagnosed the problem and got the warranty parts and had me back up and running again just like new. Thanks Beau for the professional job!! I met Beau last year when we needed to replace our pool pump and filter. I called several companies prior to Apex Pools, but Beau's professionalism, honestly and knowledge won me over. He knew we were working within a budget and found a great, solid system to meet our needs. Since the install, pump & filter have been running like a charm and pool has been much easier to maintain. We had a beautiful pool put in last summer and while it was not the best summer to do this (drought much?) Beau at Apex Pools has helped us tremendously. We had no clue about the operation of said pool, the heating, the water evaporation issues, the care and maintenance that needs to go into pools, but Beau is a god-send. Beau Hoff and Apex Pools have been servicing our pool and upgrading / servicing the pool equipment for several years, now. His responsiveness and candor on what is needed and how things could be fixed / improved has been of value to us....and advice proved to be true. We did a complete pool make over in connection with a yard remodel a few years back and Beau / Apex Pools were critical to getting the new pool properly set up and the equipment software updates all installed and working properly. The yard remodel contractor sent in a local pool service company that did the initial pool treatment, but they showed us very little care and diligence...hence we called Beau to get things right. Apex now completely takes care of our pool, which is now salt water (Apex also took care of the switch for us). I recommend them to others, and have referred the yard remodel contractor to Apex as well.

The quoted rate was reasonable, especially considering the time and money I had been putting in to it.
